PharmaQuest  uses Best Marketing Research Practices; it fully complies with EphMRAת ESOMAR, and Insights Association ethical codes of conduct in maintaining respondents' rights and confidentiality of data, and respondents, and in maintaining Standard Market Research Process (SOP), which includes a Quality Menagement, quality control and staff training. It also conforms to anti-bribery act.

 

PharmaQuest fully meets Pharmacovigilance requirements in adverse events reporting according to FDA & BHBIA rules and continuously trains and updates the entire staff. Adverse events reporting is done within 24 hours by means of the official form, or a form required by the client.

 

Data protection and data preservation for safety purposes is fully maintained, which includes secured access to data, contingency plan, backup recovery procedure, emergency and disaster procedure recovery plan.
